C+ shows some visible signs of use such as scratches. Every grade is fully tested and works perfectly. Only the appearance differs.

If you want a device that looks as close to new as possible, choose A+. If you are happy with very minor marks in exchange for a lower price, B+ is a great balance. If appearance matters less to you and you want the best value, C+ offers the same full functionality for less. Every grade works exactly the same.
